Between them, Gavin Brown and Jacob Moor have spent more than three decades building homes in the Waikato. Long enough to have watched a lot of good people sign a contract with a “from” price on it and find out what it really cost eighteen months later.

The joint venture was founded in September 2024. Six homes have been completed so far, plus full renovations and additions, with several under construction and more about to start.
